Advantages: To be fair, there are some very pretty clothes...
Disadvantages: They aren't better to what you can just download
I got this SP one time when my mom went to the States and brought it back with her which honestly surprised me as I had never heard of it and I usually keep up to date with everything Sims related (I'm a bit of an addict, you see.)
That's why it was so startling and I was so amazingly happy when my mother presented me with this little yellow box. I had not known the Sims 2 had any more expansions packs out and I had very high hopes for this one. I expected it to be actual Family Fun stuff, I thought adult sims would be able to read to a bunch of sim chilluns while sitting by the campfire and that children would have a myriad more interactions with each other, that being children would no longer be a bit boring, that families (entire families!!) could interact with each other! I was so excited only to be let down, massively let down.
First and foremost this isn't an expansion pack, it's a stuff pack. This is massively important! A stuff pack has nothing in it, but, well, stuff. Stuff which you can easily find online if you want it! You want more children's hairstyles? Well, you can download them, for free, completely legally and absolutely endorsed by EAxis. Just google it and you will know exactly what I mean. There is nothing you get here that you cannot get elsewhere and for free. Skip this and just go rummaging online if you really need to have your sim kids have a medieval princess bedroom.
Summary: Save your money, go treat your mates to ice cream or something
