Game insight
The sims 2 is a sequal from the all time hit "The sims", It is now not made by the graphics designers maxis, but the main industry designers EA. The sims 2 gives gamers all new insight into the sims life, making gamers control the sims everymoment. Create your own houses, villages, and families and watch everything come to life in your own eyes. You decide what you do with the sims lifetime, will you make them from rags to riches, or will you neglect your sims untill they die. Whatever you do, there are no rules to the gameplay, you control everything.

My view
I was very exicted when i got the sims 2, because i have always have been a big a fan of the sims. When i got it, i noticed there where 4 DISC'S to the game, then when i put the disc's in, it took me 2 hours to install. But there was a game to play while instilation was in progress. The game was so easy to install, but was time consuming, and the mini game became boring. The sims 2 was so fun, and insightful and was so easy to use. I enjoyed creating my family, choosing there fashions, and unique looks, then i had to create my own house with thousands of building materials and interior design furniture. It was great deciding everything from how many floors i was going to have, to the room layout, and the roof type. Then i had to choose the amazing furniture, to furnish my house with, but i had to keep within my budget of 20,000 simulens. Then i had to control my sims 2 lives, so firstly i got a job, i decided to be a fashion designer as that was one of the jobs my sims aspirations wanted to be. There is a new feature within the game called the aspirations meter, where if you unlock all the sims 2 desires than you win, special prizes, but beware if you unlock the sims fear's, your special prizes get taken away from your sims. The game visuals are amazing, making the experience breathtaking and amazing. I really enjoyed playing game, i even got my wife pregnant, which was a big suprise.Within five hours of gameplay, i became tired and bored, so i recommend that you take a 60 minute break for every 2 hours of gameplay.

You will need a T&L compatiable graphics cards, with atleast 32MB graphic memory, if you do not have a T&L card, then you must have at least 2GHZ proccesor and 256mb ram space.


Compatiable graphics cards:-
Ati radeon series, N-vidia series, and intel extreme graphics (Most graphics cards will work with the sims 2, but if you dont have 32mb visual memory, than the visuals will be more downgrading. If you have more than 32mb Graphics than the graphics will be breath taking.

If you have just recently bought a computer within the last 4 years, than this game will more than likely work on your computer.


Why should you buy the sims 2?
Because i has so much fun, on the sims 2, and was playing on it for ages, i couldn't get off it. I recommend this game to a young family, who enjoy playing PC computer games.
