The Sims 2 is an excellent game, close to addictive for me. The player is able to get up and personal to 'The Sims'. The added skins and break down of features allow you to bring personality to your character. The job choices have been extended from the basic as well as conversations, subject choices are made available. Unfortunately they still can't talk English. Additional villages have been created which give you room to explore different story lines (alien or human). Items such as beds, the telephone and your car (if purchased) have more interactive options. Luckily the original families from The Sims have been kept which helps you to find your baring if needed. The former cheats can be still used on this version too (motherload for money). If your going to purchase this product make sure you have enough memory on your CPU. I fully enjoyed the game play and would recommend it to 'The Sim' fans and also first time buyers.
