The Sims 3 was the third major update from the EA games collection. This game suits people who have a creative mind and likes to create virtual characters and towns that may relate to them in real life. The Sims allows you to create a family of your choice, dress them, choose their names, their fates, how they are related and even what they like to do in every day life.

The sims is very different to most games like call of duty, grand theft auto etc, as I wouldn't say the players of Sims were actually classed as 'gamers'. EA were able to hit a wide audience when releasing the game because anyone would enjoy creating a family and creating the town of their choice.

The latest instalment of the EA games 'SIMS 3' is very different to the last two released. There are some advantages and disadvantages. An advantage would be that you don't have any loading screens and that you can follow the sim down town without any expansion packs. A downside is the movement and the controls. They are much different from the other two platforms which left users confused.

Summary: The Sims allows you to create a family of your choice.
