Advantages: Sims can travel all over town, and you have absolute creative freedom.

Disadvantages: Can run slowly if your computer doesn't meet the requirements.

As soon as I ordered this game I knew I was saying goodbye to my social life - it's so addictive, hours pass without you even noticing! Having owned the previous Sims games, I can say with confidence that this is a million miles better than The Sims 2. You have so much freedom when creating your Sims and their houses - everything can be recoloured and styled with patterns to make it totally unique. Also, each Sim now has personality traits, and some of the traits are so entertaining (I love the 'Insane' trait!) and mean you never know quite what to expect from your game. Best of all, though, is the fact you can travel all over town. I love making Sims ring the doorbells of their neighbours to see who's inside!

I really recommend having at least 2GB of RAM to run this game (as suggested in the specs) as if you have any less, the game doesn't run as smoothly. I have 4GB and there is hardly any loading time at all. A brilliant game!

Summary: The best Sims game yet, by far.
