Advantages: you can buy propery outright and get pregnant.

Disadvantages: you cant raise the dead .

I was given this game by my mate who had no interest in but knew i was a sim fan so lucky me . The sims hot date is pretty self explanatory . Its all about love and relationships . unlike the ps2 sims there is no story mode so you have no tasks to complete , life on sims hot date is pretty much what you make it . What i like about this game is that you can buy or build property but buying propery will cost you alot of simoleons . Basically on the sim the bigger the lot the more you pay . As for building your own house the advantage unlike the ps2 games you can build more than one floor to your home and of cousre it is cheaper and more personal as you are designing it yourself which i love doing and find fun as like the creative aspect of making my own virtual home .
You can also have babies or you can design your own kids to have an instant family .
The downside to this game is that its hard trying for a baby and fires spread really quickly , and if someone dies due to a fire there is no bringing them back from the dead as in sims 2 ps2 so be careful . Overall its a good game with some good upsides and a couple of down . I know i didnt buy it but if i had of known before i was given it i would have definately gone and bought it for myself . It makes a wonderful addition to my collection .

Summary: A good collectable , hours of fun.
