I just installed this onto my pc. Or should I say upgraded my current game The sims to the On Holiday version. I have to say that this is a great expansion to the main game. Not only can you build more things you can go more places.

With the install of this expansion pack you can take your sim family on a vacation. You have the choice of several places to go. The beach, fun in the sun or you can go to the mountains. There are also a few places that fit the in between catagories. What I like is the things you can do when you get there.

This expansion has included the great activity of snowboarding, which by the way I cant do to save my poor sim life, you can wander around with a metal detector never getting extremly rich. Thank goodness for the cheats that still work with this expansion, you can play volleyball, or lounge in the sun on the beach. There are several games you can play with in the game. And of course dont forget the all the little knick knacks you can get to always remind you of your vacation.

This is not the best upgrade for this game but it does offer some neat things that the original does not have. I have to say that the thing I like the most about this expansion pack is the ability to treasure hunt with a metal detector.

What I dislike about this expansion is the basic lack of anything really new. There was not any real upgrade with this expansion pack and was a rather basic just giving you more places to visit.

What I like about this expansion is the Yeti. I have to laugh when every time it uses the bathroom there is a problem and the bathroom floods. All in all this is a good expansion but should not be sold seperatly should have come with another one that would have made it worth while.
