      Brilliant Game

The games were fresh and new, although looking back now the older games were hard to play because of stiff controls; though, the ideas were fresh and introduced Lara as a strong independent female archaeologist with next to no fear when up against the most ferocious of foes, being it enemy militia or huge dinosaurs.

Now after years of waiting Lara is back in a whole new story which allows you to play as Lara throughout an intense story with challenging puzzles and brutal fighting scenes! The new range of weapons allow you to play as Lara to the fullest of her abilities! In the story you meet many characters which you can play as in the new MULTIPLAYER MODE! I was so pumped when the news for this was released! You can play as the enemy force and the survivors! You have to either complete story tasks or level-up to access new characters! It's by far on of the most amazing games of 2013!

Tomb Raider shows us how Lara came from being a young, timid, highly achieved academic, to the strong and fearless heroine we know her as today. Lara's journey begins as part of a crew of archaeologists board the ship Endurance, travelling to a dangerous part of the world known only as the Dragons Triangle.

Suddenly their ship is stuck by a violent storm that breaks the ship in two, resulting in the crew being stranded and separated on a mysterious island. During the first hours of Tomb Raider, we see a fragile young woman get thrown left right and centre by the islands wildlife, this inevitably forces her to kill and turn steadily into a fearless survivalist.

A great re imagining of a classic franchise, a must play for any fan

Tomb Raider ... what is there to say about this franchise that isnt known.
In this remake of the classic tomb raiding franchise you still play as the lara croft everyone should know and love, but she has been redefined and re cast as a much more gritty and younger self so that she is no longer the condifent cave exploring, tomb raiding woman that we once saw depicted in the older game, no she now gives off the impression of a real person who fears for her own life in such a way that it adds so much scope and depth to her back story leaving the player utterly immersed within the game as you vouch for her survival on an uncharted island.
The new Tomb raider is full of the good old puzzle solving stuff that brings fans back to the franchise after such a long time, having played this game on pc i personally give this game a huge thumbs up Especially if your a fan of the franchise, adding the exceptional graphics to the fray this game is just stunning to view, also adding a little thing called TressFx, something never before seen in a video game. TressFx adds realism to Lara's Hair so that every little turn of her head or gust of wind her hair sways like it would in real life with each strand of hair reacting in its own little way...this Effect in cut scenes is simply stunning to watch.
At the end of the day if you loved the older lara croft games as i do you will love this new re imagining of this young woman's quest for treasures.
