SophieRainbow CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (PC): ... you enjoy CSI shows, as I do, and are fascinated by the techniques and detective work in the show, you will enjoy this CSI PC game even more. In the game you are guided by the characters of the show to solve 5 cases by visiting crime scenes, collecting evidence (in the form of swabs, plaster casts, DNA, fingerprints, voice recordings etc. as in the show), interviewing witnesses and suspects, connecting the suspec...

alexlea88 Far Cry (PC)
... it s pretty old now, Far Cry is still one of the most highly reccommended games for the PC. Having picked it up only recently, the game still looks wonderful, and the tropical setting really pushes the now dates cryengine to the limits. Water effects and plant detail are pretty amazing, even by todays standars. I found myself spending a few moments (when not being shot at) just looking around and lapping up the scenery. Yes, I know it s a bit sad. Maybe I should get out more! In terms of story, it s your fairly typical ex-special forces guy turned yacht captain gets marooned on a desert island full of mercenaries and... well, you ll have to figure that one out y...

robertjb Far Cry (PC)
... is quite an old game but PC Zone have claimed that it is the most exciting shooter since Half Life. This is a bold claim. The story goes that you wash up on a tropical island after your ship crashes only to find that the island is swarming with armed mercenaries. The graphics were really good at the time but now they look a bit dated compared to recent games but that s to be expected. The gameplay mostly involves you trying to uncover what s going on. It is a free roaming game to an extent in the fact that you can create your own tactics. You could run in all guns blazing or you could drive behind a camp and sneak in. That brings me on to the enemies, they are cle...

aaronphil Far Cry 2 (PC)
... Cry 2, a disappointment? No, I don t think so. What a short introduction, well who needs a long one for a very good, enjoyable game. Having read a lot of reviews dissing this game and ridiculing it in every way possible I have to disagree with most. First off the graphics are great, there s no denying that, and even my pumped up machine won t run the game maxed out; the game looks very nice and the game does look rather realistic. Lets talk the actual game play... Well as far as I can gather you play a mercenary in a civil war-torn country in Africa working for, by the looks of things, yourself. Your are assigned tasks/missions/projects, whatever you call them...
