Advantages: very vivid graphics and nice vehicles
Disadvantages: weapons are not impressive
SUMMARY : I can see that Unreal Tournament 2004 is a cool game which many will enjoy and love. There are many loads of levels (a total of 95 of them)...
It's onslaught mode, vehicle are pretty much interesting to learn. The visuals
are very vivid and very sharp. The music are very cools and funny jokes you can heard at times.
The game opens the new era for deathmatch experience one can have.
Far better than the classic Unreal Tournament it's not going to be much of a surprise to anyone that if you have a hot system this game will not fail to impress visually. And there's the new type of game, the onslaught mode, which introduces vehicles during combat. It's difficult to get the hang of these new vehicles though, so you need to learn the basic forward and reverse as well as other basic functions to run a vehicle. But once you have mastered it, you will able to use them successfully in combat with great fun. As much of your time (and mine too!!!) playing the game was spent here in Onslaught.
There's also the campaign mode were a single player have to compete in
deathmatches. Each player earns credit for each match they complete. And can be use to purchase team mates with different skills.More credits means more skilled deathmatchers and therefore more chance of winning.
If I have done this review six or seven years ago, I would say this "....the best of the Unreal Tournament series, if not the best deathmatch experience out there"...
Summary: There's nothing harm of playing it again and again...
