A good game, but needs more content. Many of the people who play this game have played UT2004, the predecessor of of Unreal tournament III and may of been shocked at this games high graphic usage, meaning that if you only have a mediocre graphics card, you're not going to enjoy this game much. The game play is good, and i like the new editions to the vehicle arsenal and your weapons. Not to mention the hoverboard, but overall it's the same UT engine, which is both good and bad. The good is that overall, it still feels like the balanced engine it always has, but the bad is this doesn't allow for significant changes in game play. The new vehicles add an ... Unreal Tournamet 3 is a massive step from Epic Games compared to the likes of Unreal Tournament 2004 but was it in the right direction? Ok i will begin with saying the game itself is fantastic, its equally as good as 04 but it wasnt better it was however different. The game still requires a lot of skill but it seems as if they reduced the jumping and sped up the movement speed so its more about dodging rather than dodge jumping. The game itself is very good but the game has many flaws/ First and foremost the storyline mode sucks end of i wont go into why but it sucks however thats not what Unreal Tournament is about and i didnt ... This is the third game in the Unreal Tournament series and it is the first one that I've actually played. Some people have said that it isn't as good as the previous titles but obviously I cannot comment on that. If you hadn't realised by now this game is a first person shooter. You can use a controller or use the standard control scheme for PC i.e. using buttons on the keyboard to move and the mouse to aim and shoot. I prefer using the keyboard and mouse and wouldn't change the controls in any way. The vehicles also control well. This is quite a recent game so the graphics are great but they are obviously better if you have a good graphics card and a good ... Read the complete review

Unreal Tournament has been a best selling title for years, and this game is the latest rendition in the series. It is available on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and of course the PC. The target of this new game is to achieve a great first person online shooter, that also doubles up to have a single player game, where players can practice there skills in a story mode. I'll start with the graphics capabilities of this game, which are outstanding. I got this version of the game for the PC, and it's not a particular good PC either, with an average graphics card, and yet the graphics were HD quality. They were simply outstanding on my PC, the lighting is what made ... Read the complete review

I thought Unreal Tournament III for the PC was a great buy at £11 from Amazon. My main reason for buying was because of the previous Unreal Tournament games, expecting a game of the same quality. Graphically the game is amazing advancements have been made (as you would expect) and the game is simply stunning. However the game is buggy and pictures become distorted and then the game becomes unplayable until you exit game and restart it! Which when you have almost won the final battle in story mode is quite simply frustrating. Game play wise the game has not been improved, vehicles have been added, but I find these more of an annoyance then anything. Furthermore ... Read the complete review

Imperialism II (PC)
A new game every time.
If only they'd make another sequel!
Scooby Doo Jinx At The Sphinx (PC)
educational yet fun, mutiple clue variations and ending, great graphics and play interface
not the most challenging of the titles
Chicken Invaders 3: Christmas Edition (PC)
Great graphics, various gradable weapons... it's perfect.
Disadvantages? That I killed so many chickens and I enjoyed hearing their squeaks?
Football Manager 2008 (PC)
Addicting, good variety of playable teams, realistic transfers
Many bugs to start off with, need to download a patch to fix these.
Crysis (PC)
Great visuals
Need a high end system for decent visual effects
