Fire Warrior was something of a first for Games Workshop in a number of ways. The first and most obvious of these is the fact that it is a first person shooter. Games Workshop video games have typically been real time strategies or turn based strategy games. This is probably due to the fact that these games types tend to be somewhat similar to the tabletop games from which they draw their inspiration.
