I would often watch Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and always be the one at home yelling at the contestant to keep going, whether it be jeopardizing their prize money or not. After all, the climbing of the money ladder has great entertainment value, and the when the contestant "walks away with the money" it denies the chance of yet another question to the million. The fastest finger was a surprising feature to me. Without thoroughly thinking about how it could work, I would've expected no options but that of a one player game.
