The original worms was brilliant fun, and I'm sure all of you have played it at some point in time. Now with 'Worms Reinforcements', it gives you better speech, slightly better animation and of course, newer moves. While it may be in 2D, (which is a huge step down from the likes of 'Hogs of War') it still provides us with hours of entertainment.

The basic idea is too eliminate your opponents army/team of worms, before they get you. I think it's either four or eight worms you start off a game with, all of which have the same weapons (which can be advanced with the aid of pick-up crates), and that's basically it. Then you just take it in turns blasting the opposing team to pieces.

There are loads of levels, each one situated differently, either snow, ice, fire, water, junkyard metal etc. To most of you that haven't played the game yet, it probably sounds quite a childish game. Which it may be in some cases...but only once you play the game, do you really begin to appreciate it.

It might not be anything compared to Hogs of War, but for it's time, and still today, it's an amazing game.
