When it comes to personal hygiene it's something I am seriously very fussy about indeed. Lets face it ladies no matter what we do freshness all day long is very hard to achieve in certain areas.... ahem! I like a lot of ladies on here like nice undies and as a way of protecting them from any marks at all I do choose to wear pantyliners rather alot. I am a women who likes to keep clean and fresh as we all do and so have worn pantyliners since my teenage years. They have the benefit of keeping you fresh as a daisy (well as much as you can be down there!) and are great for times when you are due to start your period or finish it and for those little emergencies.
