Bodyform Ultra Goodnight with wings is just what you need for an extra heavy menstrual flow or the first day or so at night. When I was pregnant with my daughter and packing my hospital bag one item on my list was maternity pads. Now anyone that has had a child will know that you bleed heavily and no baby magazine can prepare you for how much you may bleed, this bleeding can last up to four weeks but the first few days are the worst.
