Advantages: Ultra smal and thin but good on protection :)

Disadvantages: None...

I have recently been stocking up on personal hygiene and sanitary protection as I seemed to have run out of everything at once...

I know some people get embarrassed about this type of product but like everything else it is valuable to have a user's opinion of such items so I'm gong to write about what I think of Johnson & Johnson's stuff :)

These 'Carefree Breathable Panty liners' are made in Italy and are 'Scented' although I can't find anywhere on the box what the scent in that is mixed into the slender pad?

I paid one pound for these on special offer so at 5p each item that's not bad for something that's just going to get flushed away anyway!

The cardboard box is pink and pretty, decorated with flowers and there is a little bit of information, one bit being that the liners are single wrapped.

'Feel clean and fresh everyday' J&J state, and there is also a list of their other panty liner products on the back of the box including aloe vera but I haven't tried those yet.

On opening the box there is a faint smell of something nice and on first opening a plastic pink wrapper tint pad you can smell the fragrance even more. It's only delicate and smells like a flowery talc so they must add that for added odour protection.

I wear panty liners when I'm due on my period plus when I'm finishing for extra peace of min d and protection.
These are so small I just carry several around with me at those times of the month in a purse that I keep for this purpose.

The pads themselves are really soft and shaped to fit more comfortably and have little flower imprints down each side.
They are made of what looks like a very strong tissue paper and a thin strip of liner underneath the outer shape.

The liners are white and seem very strong but you can't tell until you use them of course.

I found them to be very effective, very strong and tear resistant. They don't hold much liquid of course but they are designed to protect your underwear which they do very well.

Easy to flush after use or pop in a bin in public loos they are simple to dispose of.

Five stars for affordable protection that is a monthly necessity - I think these are very good!

Summary: Very good little liners for that monthy time...

You shouldn't really flush panty liners, because of the plastic backing - I wrap towels up in the little plastic sleeve they come and then chuck them away :)
