Advantages: Need not wear underware especially in hot weather

Disadvantages: Spare pads bulky to carry.

I don't like tampons and hardly ever wear panties so Dr Whites towels and belt are the ideal answer for me and I can have my period without having to wear constricting underwear.I find them particularly comfortable in hot weather when I stay really cool down below.
They may be a little large for lighter days and their absorbency is tested to the limit on heavier days and at night if I don't wear panties they move around a little ,so I have to be careful when I'm really flowing.
Surprisingly they turn my partner on particularly when I wear stockings and suspenders with my Dr Whites,as I have to do with work,or in the summer when I wear really short summer skirts with just my belt and pad on.Not sure I really appreciate that!
They are a little bulky to carry in the handbag and if wearing jeans I have to be careful the belt doesn't show above my jeans if I am sitting bending or squatting .

Summary: gives me the freedom to continue my lifestyle.
