Advantages: protection.

Disadvantages: well......it's a condomisn't it!

My partner and I have only recently started using condoms, before this we used other forms of contraception.
naturally I was apprehensive.
With these though we were pleasntly surprised. they were not thick and unpleasant, as we expected (due to the title, extra safe).
They did of course make a differance to the norm, but we did not find them detrimental.
A condon will never feel ideal, but these left us with a feeling of safeness and no loss of pleasure.
They were not hard to put on, and disposal is easy.
if you have to use a condom, and want an extra safe one, then these are probably among the front runners
