Finding 150 words to write about these condoms is going to prove difficult as there is little to say other than that they work to perfection. They are almost the complete opposite of my objection to the extra safe range in that they are so thin it's almost possible to forget you have one on. This, of course, allows you to enjoy the beauty of an intimate relationship almost exactly as nature intended it to be but without the unwanted risks. As one reviewer pointed out, the fact that you can forget they are on could be a cause for concern to some as no one wants to spend that special moment wondering if indeed their protection is still on or whether it is split due to the thinness. This can be a major buzz kill. To those who are concerned I can only offer words of reassurance that not only does this range still conform to the Kitemark standard but also from my experience in that I've never had a problem with them and wouldn't buy anything else. The best combination of protection and sensation I've found. Note: These are purely my opinions/experiences and not necessarily an endorsement. I take no responsibility for any consequences which may occur should anyone choose to take my advice and try this product.
As far as wearing condoms goes no one likes wearing them, well no one I know anyway however when needs must nothing compares to durex condoms and nothing compares to the the extra sensitve condoms such as these. We are married and have one daughter and although Ive spent many years on the contraceptive pill they simply didnt suit me and caused me to suffer considerably with depression so a main alternative as a contraceptive for us to use and feel comfortable with was condoms and yes we hate using them, but these ones are the thinnest and the lightest and therefore they are the best ones on the market. Dont think however just because they are thin that they rip all the time because they most certainly dont, durex are masters of their trade and these are perfect and can stand the hardest of frictions, so to speak, and there hasnt been another condom with extra thickness that I have been able to enjoy sex as much than with this condom. Some are so thick you literally may as well wear wellies at the same time, these work and they are strong enough not to rip through, the only problem with them is I have many a time gone to buy them and have only been able to get them in a pack of 12 when I have wanted them in a pack of 3 but generally speaking this is not an issue. Highly recommended for couples who love to have sex, have to use a contraception but still want to feel the sensitivity as much as possible.
Following my opinion on the Durex ribbed condom I looked in my comments section and read a comment from gollygumdrops stating 'now you've tried one you must go on to try them all in the interest of consumer knowledge'. He you go Golly, just for you :) SAFETY: The first and most important thing to note about this condom is that it must be safe, it has the Kite marks and everything. I'm just not convinced. The first thing I want when having sexual intercourse is to not have to worry about the condom, my girlfriends demanding enough as it is without concentrating on that damn thing. Well, with this one I was constantly worrying and this had an effect on performance. The flimsy looking condom is wafer thin, almost see-through and I couldn't help thinking it was going to snap as I was thrusting. In the event this didnt occur, possibly because I soon took it off and reverted to my ever faithful ribbed. It didn't feel right and the fact it was so thin played on my mind the whole time I had it on. It has the kite marks, so its obviously safe, but sometimes its not that its actually safe but rather how safe it makes you feel that alters your opinion. It does come with all the spermicides etc.. provided on the condom itself, so I guess even if it does split theres a chance the sperm would be prevented from escaping into the womb alive, but its a risk I didnt want to take. THE LOOKS: The condom is so thin I can almost see through it. When on it looks rather like it doesnt exist, just at thin film over the penis. I dont know if this is good or bad but my girlfriend constantly tells me she doesnt want to look at the thing so I guess its bad. When in the wrapper it still looks flimsy although it isnt too different to other condoms until you hold it up to the light or unroll it. THE FEEL: The idea of this condom is to ensure that the peni s isnt stifled by the condom, thus allowing the friction to be as natural as possible. It does this I think although the worry about it snapping or something forces me to wonder if I fully considered this. It didnt bring me to climax (or my partner) as we were both worried it was going to go so we changed condom and carried on as usual. She said it felt a little different, not as pleasurable as the ribbed but it did have a weird sort of feeling. She also said she could feel it sliding long her walls though and this isnt a good thing. It wasnt the condom slipping but rather the thin material sliding too easily over her skin, reducing friction and hence pleasure. THE PRICE: A little more expensive than the ribbed (possibly as they are a new brand), these weigh in at around £14.99 for 12 in Sainsbury's. Look around though as I noticed Sainsbury's prices changed recently (for the worse!). OVERALL: Only use this condom if you are a confident person and dont think it will put you off if you are worrying it might snap. It does have all the safety and feels ok (although nothing special compared to other condoms) and at the higher price is probably not worth it. Those who are experiencing an early sex life may want to use these for a more sensual and natural feel but once you pass that stage you want a more fun condom that heightens the experience, ie the ribbed.
these are great!!! i decided to try them about 2 months ago with my girlfriend and i haven't looked back since! they are sooooo thin i can hardly notice i'm wearing them! as for what that cindy lass said, bollox! my girlfriend and i have never experienced any problems like that! they have never ripped which is surprising considering how thin they are, but i'm not complaining!!! i STRONGLY recommend these to everyone, except homosexuals, because they're probably too thin to take the strain of anal!
I have a long time boyfriend, so I don't use condoms I use the contraceptive pill. But recently I have been prescribed phenyton tablets for my trigemental neuralgia. The only trouble is these tablets reduce the effects of the pill, so I had to use condoms to be on the safe side, as I can't afford to get pregnant, because these tablets run a big risk of makes your baby deformed. I saw Durex ultra sensitive in the chemist, so I thought they would do. But when you use these, they completely spoilt love making, they seem to sting you, this makes things very uncomfortable, also after using them I couldn't go to the toilet proper. I have never had these affects before with condoms, maybe I'm allergic to them, I don't know, has any one else had these problems.
