The theory behind these condoms is that numbing the penis will delay the condom wearer's ejaculation, increasing the duration and therefore the pleasure of your lovemaking session.

There are a number of problems with this design.

Firstly, longer doesn't necessarily equal better! Unless you/your partner is a particularly premature ejaculator then I'm not sure the extra time you get before ejaculation is worth the disadvantages mentioned below.

Secondly, and the main problem with this product, is that having sex with a numb penis is no fun at all for the man. He has to do a lot without feeling anything and as the woman you don't feel like it's much fun either when he's hardly getting anything out of it. It puts quite a distance between you and your partner and it's a crappy experience for both parties.

If you want to delay ejaculation, I would suggest using a "cock ring". They work by keeping the blood in the penis longer - thereby delaying ejaculation without decreasing sensation. I've tried these as well and they work a lot better.

Summary: For a fast finisher, they may be worth it, but for anyone else the funkilling is too much of a price
