Having used this deodorant all throughout my teenage years to combat the smell of puberty hormones, I can proudly say that FemFresh does exactly what it says on the tin.
For a relatively cheap price, it's an easy-to-use aerosol can that sprays lightly against the skin.
The package is pastel in colour which is very aesthetically coordinated to the product itself which I can appreciate because it's really helpful to choose a product when the packaging and the product match.
The spray didn't make my throat dry or scratchy (which has happened to me with several aerosol products) being quite thin and was really easy to apply to the body.
The formula is really gentle on the skin and the smell is really mild while still neutralising natural body odor and it lasts all day (at least 24+ hours). I found that it left my skin feeling dry to the touch but still moisturised throughout the day, and that even when sweating the hormonal puberty smell didn't sneak in. A bonus aspect to this brand is that you can mix it with other scents as well, such as body sprays and perfumes, without affecting the original effect of the FemFresh spray. It also barely left any white marks on my clothes.
Overall, this deodorant is perfect for women that are trying to combat body odor and still smell naturally fresh and clean. I would personally recommend using this product with the rest of the range in order to get the full effect on the whole body, including your intimate areas (this range included a shower gel and feminine wipes).

Femfresh is a range of products for ladies to help you feel fresh down below. Many woman use normal shower gels and soaps and when these are used down there they can strip it of its natural defences which can cause dryness and irritation. Femfresh products have a unique pH-balanced formula that has been developed by experts to care and look after intimate skin. Their products are trusted by millions of woman worldwide and 99% of woman would recommend the Femfresh range to a friend. I am fairly familiar with the Femfresh range as I came across it over 5yrs ago. I actually had Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) at the time and when speaking to my GP about it she mentioned how some soaps and shower products can upset this area which in turn can contribute towards getting BV. Since then I purchased the Femfresh wash and used it on a regular basis instead of my normal shower gel/body wash. I don't actually use the intimate wash, but I do how-ever use some of their products on a regular basis.

I am reviewing the Femfresh deodorant (yes you can get deodorant for down there!). I often suffer with reoccurrences of thrush and occasionally also get BV once or twice a year. I always get paranoid, especially during my period or when suffering from BV or thrush that it's not as fresh as it could be down there. This is why I decided to purchase the deodorant to see what it was like. At first I have to admit that I really wasn't sure about the product but after reading some good reviews I thought I would give it a go to see what it was like. The delicate deodorant is combined with the calendula MULTI-Actif complex which limits the development of odour to leave you feeling fresh and confident. The product provides 24hr comfort and protection, is talc free, leaves you feeling fresh and confident, is hypoallergenic, gynaecologically & dermatologically tested and contains moisturising silk extract which provides a protective layer to ensure maximum comfort. This product is also suitable for everyday use. The deodorant comes in a 125ml or 50ml metal can and is white in colour. It clearly states on the front of the bottle what the product is and it also states that the product is for intimate hygiene. On the back of the bottle you can read more information about the product, a list of ingredients and how to use the product. As this product is a pressurised can it does also give you warning information as well. The lid to the can is made from plastic and is a blue colour. Once removed this reveals the spray button in which you press to release the deodorant.

* Pocket Wipes

* Silvercare Liners
* Pure & Fresh Gel Wash

I wasn't really sure how you are meant to use this product so I made sure I read all the information on the back of the can before using it. To use the deodorant shake the can well before use and spray at a distance of approximately 15cm. This sounded easy, how-ever was I meant to stand there with my legs wide apart and aim it at my intimate area or could I just stand there with my legs slightly apart and just spray it from the front. I decided that I would spray it with my legs parted, so there was me in my bedroom with my legs apart and slightly bent aiming this can and my private parts. I ensure that the can was at least 15cm away and then pushed down on the spray button to release some of the deodorant. I didn't spray too much of the deodorant and to be honest you only need to spray a small amount anyway. The spray felt slightly cooling and it has a nice, light scent to it. I got dressed as normal and went to work. I had to admit that I did feel so much fresher down there, perhaps it was because I knew that I had applied the deodorant so that's why it was making me feel slightly fresher than normal. Although the scent of the product smelt nice when spraying it, this could no longer be smelt as far as I was aware! I used the deodorant normally during my period or just after as I find that I need more than just a wash to make me feel fresh. This deodorant is perfect for that and immediately makes me feel fresh. I have also sprayed the deodorant directly into my knickers, again ensuring I hold the can at least 15cm away. I find that this also helps to keep you feeling fresh during the day. When spraying the product in the morning I don't feel the need to use it again during the day, how-ever other people may want to apply it again, especially if they are on their period. The spray hasn't caused any irritation or soreness to my intimate area and I have found it to be very gentle. I have actually been really impressed with the product and am really glad that I decided to buy it.

Although I used to use the intimate wash and I use the Femfresh wipes, I wasn't really sure what to expect from this deodorant. I have to admit that I wasn't expecting huge results; how-ever I have to admit that I was really impressed and pleased with this deodorant. The product is really easy to apply and as soon as I applied it, it made me feel fresh and it also feel slightly cooling which is really nice, especially on a hot day. I especially like using this product when it's that time of the month as it definitely helps me to feel fresher. Depending on how often you use the deodorant depends on how long the can lasts, how-ever if you use it daily then you might find that it's quite expensive as you will need to keep re-purchasing this on a regular basis. In terms of value I do think the product is a little pricey for the amount of product you get, how-ever as I only use it a few time during the month I don't really mind paying this price for it as it does work. I didn't encounter any problems when using the deodorant such as irritation or soreness. They apparently also do this product in a smaller can which is suitable for popping into your bag; how-ever I haven't seen this. I will definitely be purchasing this product again and I would also recommend it, especially if sometimes you don't feel so fresh down there or do suffer from regular occurrences of thrush or BV.

I first came across this product in Boots quite accidentally and thought it would be ideal to use within my caring role. At the moment I am full time 24/7 carer to my closest friends mum. She has very poor mobility and is almost incontinent, and although we wash regularly sometimes you cant help the odd odor and so having spotted this I thought it would help.
FemFresh is basically a feminine hygiene deodorant, but states that it offers "24 hour Comfort and Protection". Now given the reason for its use I have to say I was skeptical and less expecting of the product than its claims. It also states that it's "Talc-free and Hypoallergenic, Dermatologically and Gynaecologically Tested" which is very reassuring. The product I purchased comes in a can much like the smaller deodorant cans, has a blue lid, and has blue artwork on a white background on the canister itself. The one I purchased is a 120ml canister.
Directions for use are simple and pretty much like a deodorant, simply shake the canister, hold approximately 15cm away, and spray. The smell was surprisingly nice also, I'm not quite sure what was expecting, but it has quite a light refreshing smell. I was also pleasantly surprised by how long it lasted. I expected to use at every toilet go, but we didn't need to.
I was that pleased with the product I decided to use myself. Now when we spray her mum, we always get an "Ow" now that's not because it hurts but because she says it's cold, so i braced myself.....and sprayed. And yes it is an initial shock as it's quite a draft, and it does take some getting used to, but you do get used to it. There is no after effect, no tingling, and no burning.
I paid £1.32 for a can, and then went back to buy a lot more. The full price is £2.64 so although I got a bargain, I have bee that impressed I would be happy to Pay full price
I don't use a feminine deodorant all year round, mainly during the summer months or when I am on holiday. I like to stay feeling as fresh, clean and dry as I possibly can, at all times, and this is when a deodorant which has been especially developed for intimate feminine use, comes into its own. It's no good using 'ordinary' underarm deodorant on your little bits, it's just not the same - trust me, I've tried it! Femfresh is the only feminine deodorant I use and I have been using this particular deodorant alongside the rest of the Femfresh range for years. The packaging seems to have changed slightly most recently, however, and my newer bottle looks a bit different from the older ones I was using previously.
I buy Femfresh deodorant alongside my weekly shopping and it's a product which is very widely available and appears to still be a popular choice. The bottle is fairly small when compared to your average sized bottle of underarm deodorant, and therefore it's easy to pack in your bag and take with you for times when you need to stay fresh throughout the day.
I love the smell of this deodorant and it is so light and fresh and floral and it works a treat. The can is an aerosol format and the little knob at the top pushes down easily. I apply by holding the can upside down as it is very difficult to spray a can of deodorant on your little bits with a can standing the 'right way up', so to speak. However, even when I turn this can completely upside down, the spray still comes out easily and disperses just the right amount I need, first time every time.
This spray is so kind and gentle on my skin and it lasts for hours after a first spraying, helping to keep me fresh and dry and very confident all day long - even in this sweltering hot weather we have been experiencing lately. It has been dermatologically and gynaecologically tested and I can personally vouch for the fact that it causes no irritation or other side effects on the parts of my skin it touches.
One bottle contains 125ml of product and costs me £1.39 from Tescos, though it is a product which is very wisely available in most pharmacies and other shopping outlets. I really do rely on this during the hotter weather and it's a product which I use regularly during the summer months in particular.
One of life's essentials, I think, and highly recommended.
During my pregnancy I put on quite a few pounds, well quite a few stone to be honest and as such my thighs grew so that when I walked they rubbed together and chaffed quite a bit. It was such a horrible feeling and given that I was pregnant over most of the summer last year it got very sweaty and not very pleasant down there. As I was pregnant and had suffered with a yeast infection I knew I couldn't really use any type of perfumed spray or soap down there so in order to freshen up between showers I decided to use some of this spray. I use the FemFresh wash and so know this was a good product so was quite confident about using this spray too.
You will find this spray with the other Fem Fresh products and not with the regular deodorants. According to the can, Femfresh Deodorant Spray is delicately fragranced deodorant has been especially developed for intimate use to help you feel fresh and confident all day.Femfresh Deodorant Spray is a The talc-free formula that contains zinc oxide, known for its skin-protective properties. Femfresh Deodorant Spray is hypoallergenic, dermatologically and gynaecologically tested and is suitable for everyday use.
The spray comes in an aerosol can and has a spray function at the top. I find its quite easy to spray down there as it does not matter if you hold the can right side up or upside down, it will still spray the same way. You get quite a nice coverage with just a few seconds of spray so you do not need to sue very much. Once you have sprayed it on you cannot feel anything down there like you can when you use a deodorant on your underarms which is nice as this is the last place you want to feel uncomfortable. Also it will not make you sticky or wet and so you can still walk about comfortably. The spray has a light floral fragrance to it which is quite pleasant but not overpowering or anything like that and once you have it on it will just neutralise any bad doors and so leave you feeling nice and fresh all day long.
I like the way this works for me and I do feel nice and clean and ready to take on my day without being self conscious. A 125ml can costs just £1.32 and this is one feminine product I definitely recommend.
I have been buying this women's intimate spray for about 5 years now and its worth every penny! It is for intimate hygiene and the bottle states it has long lasting freshness. It is talc free and hypo-allergenic. The size I buy is in a small 125ml bottle (ideal for travelling/carrying with you when you are out and about/on holiday). I'm not quite convinced that it has 24 hour protection (as the bottle says) but you do feel refreshed and clean when you have used it. Come on now girls, we all know what its like, especially at a certain time of the month or if its a boiling hot day. Even if you shower twice a day in hot weather, you can still sometimes feel or think you are, well, smelly! I really like this stuff as it gives you confidence and I believe it works. It is very slightly fragranced but it has been dermatologically tested so i doubt there would be any problems re allergies.
When you spray it on, it makes you feel refreshed straight away and it does seem to last for quite some time. If I'm going out on a hot day for example or if its that time of the month and I know I'll be out all day I will sometimes take the bottle with me; or you could buy the femfresh which comes in wipes. I havn't actually bought the wipes as yet but they sound like a good idea if you are out and about for the whole day.
The product is also great for young girls/teenagers who have just started their monthlys and need a little bit of extra confidence.
You can usually buy the fem fresh deodorant for around £2 and sometimes its on special offer, although this isn't that frequent.
All the safety signs are stated on the bottle eg extremely flammable/warning against solvent abuse.
In an ideal world I would have a shower every morning and everning, however sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day and I only manage to shower once (with rin the morning or in the evening before bed). That's where deodrants, Femfresh Feminine Deodorant, perfume, babywipes and femiwipes come into their own.
*** Price and availability ***
Femfresh deodorant can be bought from most major supermarkets and pharmacies for £1.99. The packaging has been updated since this listing was made on Dooyoo - you will now find it in a light peach and white coloured aerosol can. It is normally located alongside other feminine hygiene products and I've noticed that Asda and Tesco's have started to produce their own range of Femfresh-type products.
*** What do you use it for? ***
For those that are unaware, Femfresh deodorant works the same way normal deodorants do - but this one has been formulated for your lady bits. If you give downstairs a light spray then it neutralises any bad odours and makes you feel shower fresh. However, the spray itself has a pretty neutral smell, so there's no need to worry that your lady garden is going to start smelling like a bed of roses!
*** My Opinion ***
Femfresh deodorant was originally recommended to me by a friend. I decided to try it out because we all like to feel fresh and sometimes it's impossible to have a quick shower, so beauty products have to act as a stand in.
My can of Femfresh usually comes out more in summer-time or before I go out for afternoon drinks. I'm not sure how much difference it actually makes, but it makes me feel fresher and more confident, so in my eyes it's worth the £1.99 price tag.
I have quite sensitive skin and I'm allergic to some products, however I have no problems with Femfresh deodorant - it's a very sensitive product.
Each can lasts a fairly long time - however I don't use mine daily - so it's impossible to put it into a definite time frame.
I would recommend that all you ladies out there buy a can of Femfresh deodorant - you won't be disappointed - four out of five stars!
As someone that is constantly on the go, I know how important it is to feel fresh at all times. Obviously it is not always possible to shower before you go out straight from work and I love femfresh deodorant for the fact that it is able to provide the user with that confidence, even when they are wearing synthetics which can help bacteria to breed "down there". Luckily for us girls this product is dermatologically tested so no matter how much you use, it will not create any problems. It smells very nice and it is fairly inexpensive at around £2.50 a can. A little of this product goes a long way and it is a good size to pop in your handbag or gym bag. It is probably best used in conjunction with femfresh wash and on the go freshening wipes for ultimate freshness, but this for me is a lifesaver I dont know what i'd do without it!
A gentle and refreshing deodorant spray for intimate hygiene. I've been using this product for a few years as it gives me reassurance when I'm menstrating. It comes in a handy sized 125ml aerosol can and costs about £2.50. It's talc free and hypoallergenic and has been dermatologically and gynaecologically tested for everyday use.It has a pleasant fresh smell and leaves you feeling very confident all day. I always have one in my drawer and will sometimes use it even when not menstrating. It also comes in a packet of wipes form but I haven't tried these yet.The bottle is very discreet even if you do leave it laying around your bathroom.
Fremfresh comes in a pink, white and green cannister, with a pink lid, and comes in a 125ml size. It costs approx £1.75 per bottle and can last approx 4 weeks depending on usage. It smells soft, fresh, hygenic and of a light fragrance and definetely. It can be used after shaving and is purely used topically over the delicate areas of a woman. It definitley gives reasurrance during times of hot weather and menstruation and gives you confidence during the day. This is a fine mist and then you can use it in a powder, or wipes which i have not used. I use this once a day and it lasts all that time - a definite recommendation to all women
A gentle deodorising mist specially formulated for intimate feminine use
