Lets face it ladies time of the month can be a very traumatic and uncomfortable time for us lot. I spend of it grumpy and in pain and all I need to make matters worse are sanitary towels/pads crumbling/sliding all over the place or making an uncomfortable lump to sit on it my undies for a few hours! I like decent quality sanitary towels/tampons to make the time better! These Lil-Lets Freshlock I have bought a couple of times over the past few months and the ones that I am reviewing here are the long variety with wings sanitary towels. The title of the this is correct but the photograph on the top of the page is not and the bag that these come in is light pink and plastic with little red flowers printed all over it, it has a light pink, ribbon to the top of it which is to do it up with and then around it there is a paper band with all the information on there you could need which is easy to pull off and dispose of just leaving you with a nice looking and waterproof bag. In short on this band we are told what they are and who they are by, we are told a little bit about the product and that we have 12 in a bag and contact details for Lil-Lets are given. I like the style of this bag and think its rather discreet and able to be displayed behind my toilet! The Sanitary Towels: Each pad comes folded and stuck down to a grey breathable material which is easy to open up and dispose of then down the back of the towel/pad you have two dark grey pieces of paper with little white flowers on it that you remove from the towel and all you are left to do is place it into your underwear. These towels are long and reasonable wide and they are really, really thin and light. White in colour and material covered with lots of little breathable holes within it the cotton wool within it is really packed in and smooth. I find this molds to my underwear really well and once in place I can't really feel it there at all. These are unperfumed but really do seem to conceal nasty odours really well and I change mine about every 8 hours so these really do work out a very inexpensive option. On the band around the bag (the removable bit) we are advised to change them every 8 hours but of course that is up to you! All in all I really do like these. Cheap, comfy and brilliant quality Lil Lets haven't just given us a thinnish towel/pad that works really well and really does help to keep us feeling fresh and they have also given us a nice girly bag to keep them in and even the material on the towel is easy quiet to unwrap so you have your privacy! Disposing of them is a bin job and all in all I really do like these. They stay in place and apart from aches and pains I can forget whats going on down there and these just make my life that bit easier so thumbs up from me! Available in all good chemists and supermarkets for a couple of quid a pack!
