Lillets: 'the best ever'!
What really attracted me to them was the fact that there is so little to dispose of leading them to be much less noisy than plasic/paper wrappers. I decided to buy a pack and just go for it. Gladly and after much practice i found that my decision made a much difference on how i felt and my confidence during that 'time of the month'. They do exactly as they say. Yes, there was leakage but hardly v much of it that i'd need a PAD to soak up the excess.
insertion does take a little practice and it is quite difficult as you've got to make yourself relax (which is hard as you're worrying about whether or not the tampons you've just bought will be of any use if you can't get it in!) or worse, you'll be left with no other form of protection (if u don't have anything else). after relaxing though, and with a med-heavy flow you will find that insertion is extremely simple although, if you have never used tampons before - it is probably best to start off with applicator tampons (Liletts for best protection) because they do guide you about how far up etc...
after a while though, you become used to positioning and inserting them and they definitely work a treat!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
TSS still remains as a threat when wearing tampons so changing them often should really help reduce the risk and also using the lowest absorbency.
Summary: EXCELLENT!

- 07/03/08 lilets sell a skirted lilet now that is tapered outwards at the bottom end, this stops the leaks and they cost the same. |
