I used this cream for 3 weeks and then stopped using it. After using it for 1 week I started a period which lasted for 2 weeks, I emailed the company and they said this was normal with the cream. I then had a break of 2 days then had a period of 4 weeks. my body is just getting back to normal I have stopped using it. I am eating healthy as I always have taking vitamins and trying to get it out my system. May be I needed to give it more time, but my miserable mood and being on my period non stop was a no brainier. My advice is to read reviews and do lots of research because just a little bit of cream can screw up your system for months may be years.

I have been using Serenity cream for two months now and feel worse now than I ever have. Just disappointed after such great claims about how wonderful it was.

Have been using the cream for about 4 weeks now and noticed such a relief from night time sweats (pre empted by freezing shivers) - you need to find out by trial and error the amount which is effective ..... wished I'd known about this cream 10 years ago - what a waste of a life!!!!!!

I bought the Serenity cream as an alternative to pills and the like. I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt but in this case I will give you my honest opinion, SAVE YOUR MONEY....... IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!! People who say it does are deluding themselves.... If I was trying to promote my brand of creams, the first ... Read the complete review

Before I tried this cream I had tried another product from another company. There were no real effects which left me feeling hopeless. I turned to the internet for help and I came across Health & Science Serenity Cream and I have to say, I absolutely love this product! I don't see why there is negative feedback because I hardly have anything bad to say about this. My PMT was so bad I could hardly deal with my coworkers, let alone my husband. Anything and everything got me anxious, angry, and frustrated - you know it as well as I do. It was getting so unbearable; I'm glad I chose to do something about it. My PMT has basically vanished, so life can finally go on without the unnecessary frustrations. I love this product and how well it works... and my husband definitely agrees!

Having been suffering from hot flushes due to the onset of the menopause, I turned to the internet to try and find a solution. Having read reviews about Serenity Cream I decided to give it a go. Results: Not brilliant! I have been using it as per the instructions for about six weeks now and the only change is that my buttocks where I have rubbed the cream are really soft! As for the hot flushes, no change, whatsoever! Would I recommend this product, No, £17.99 I could have saved.

I have been using the more liquid/lighter version of the cream and now all my menopause symtoms ( flushes etcv) have returned and are worse than ever. I called the company and they said that the cream is the same but they now used coconut oil to make it instead of veg oil. Well I can tell you that since I have used the new watery cream it has no effect and I am back to stage one . I have read the reviews below (after having a really embrassing day at work with constant hot flushes) and have just order the orginal serernity cream from an USA site. It's a bit more pricey but I hope it works for me. I will let you know how it goes when it arrives in the post- I can't wait for it to arrive!

Lot's of reviews here talk about getting headaches while on this cream. I got migrains as part of my menopause and would not need any help with headaches. I found hotflashfreedom.com 9 months ago and use their cream now. All headaches completely gone. All hot flashes gone. Enjoy ladies!

I used Serenity cream quite honestly after reading all the blurb on the Wellsprings website and feeling that I "had" to try it. Previously I had not had a period for 10 months and felt absolutely fine, I was taking soya supplements and fish oil. I just thought the Serenity would make me feel even better and balance me somewhat. Well, less than two weeks after starting to use the stuff I had a period and now feel awful with another period on the way less than 7 days later. All my symptoms came back: depression, weight gain, flushes etc. Beware - this stuff is a lot more powerful than you think and the manufacturers aren't in the slightest bit interested.

I have just recently started to use Serenity cream and have noticed the headaches - I must admit whether its mind over matter or not - that my hot flushes are not as frequent - I was getting them every hour - as I made a note of them at work over a week, its so embarassing as I have to say excuse me and turn my fan on to cool myself ... I have recently started using Serenity cream and I have experienced splitting headaches that no painkiller seems to touch. I have just read someone else's review of this product - has anyone else experienced this nasty side effect?M Milton UK

I recently tried Serenity cream and developed a splitting headache which nothing would cure. It got better on the third day, but that day I showered about two hours after applying the cream; the headache was better by the evening. I used the cream again that night and the headache returned by morning. Two lots of painkillers still had not touched it, so I bought a "4-head" stick and thankfully that worked. I have not used the cream since, and have not had a similar headache. I cannot find any reference to headaches from using Serenity, but wondered if anyone else had a similar experience. I am reluctant to try the cream again for obvious reasons!

I had used this cream for 4 months and to be honest I felt wonderful, my family noticed the difference and I felt much better on all counts. I then opened a new tub of the cream it was greasy and looked different but I carried on in the same way as before. Within a week I felt awful my symptons had returned and my family were asking what was wrong. I telephoned the company to be told yes a new manufacturer had been used but the cream was the same. I explained the problems but they were not interested. So I have changed to Pro-Gest and all is back to normal. So I will no longer be using Serenity and I will tell my friends and family to change also. Beware!

After 5 years on HRT I was determined to wean myself off the therapy because of the associated health risks. The main reason I decided to take HRT in the first place was because of the frequency and intensity of the hot flushes I experience as well as th acompanying loss of sleep. I read as much as I could about Serenity, as well as the ... Read the complete review

While my hot flushes disappeared from the first use of Serenity - I got a period after 20 days! I can't believe I am the only woman this has ever happened to! The specialist they referred me to refuses to even acknowledge the chance that it's anything but some medical problem with me (have been checked - nothing wrong). Beware women! I hadn't had a period for 16 months until I used Serenity! Not impressed. Might be good for some, but not all.

Hi started using serenity 8 weeks ago, and the results are good. Mood swings are better, feel much brighter, my concentration has stepped up, and my exercise regime is back on form. I still have a way to go to go with my weight loss programme, but I'm pretty happy with my progress so far. I believe that the serenity has had something to do with this. It could be mind over matter, but I don't care. The last few years have been very difficult for me in one way or another, and its just nice to feel good about myself again. If it is down to serenity, thank you!I would like to ask if you could possibly consider adding a pump action, single dose, jar or bottle or maybe a tube. this will make it easier for people with disabilities to use you product. Thanks, Debz

I'm soo bloody sick of company's coming out with 'male enhancment' viagra, enzyte type drugs!! what about us Ladies??? Menapause has been around since year dot!!(no doubt so has flacid men!!) but the men have been seen to before us lot! yeh, they fixed thier floppy willy problem, but is the best thing they could come up with for us is stuff that either doesnt work, or will give you some kind of related cancer??!!! We are both complicated beings in different ways, thats true, but if they spent a bit more time on researching menapausal symptoms and getting rid of them, instead of thinking with their 'other heads', I'm sure we'd have a lot more options!!
