Great on Price, very similar to other own brands in packaging, the outer box is pretty plain with the picture of a tulip on the front and a band of colour to denote absorbency. Purple = Mini (only available in Multi pack) Yellow = Regular Green = Super Orange = Super Plus But it's whats inside that counts and getting ... Read the complete review

Never thought I'd be doing a review on tampons! Last week I found myself out of Tampons and in the feminine hygeine aisle in Tescos. Now even though I try to get value/own brand on everything I buy I always seem to pick up Tampax without even thinking. Like they're the only brand there is! Soooooo my eyes fell upon the little pink boxes ... Read the complete review

All us ladies know that the one time of the month that we cannot afford to use sub standard products. I always preferred Lilet's tampons to Tampax as I found Tampax really long and did not expand as much. When I tried Tesco's regular tampons a couple of years ago I found them pretty much identical to Lilets yet at a fraction of the price. Tesco's ... Read the complete review

It is 2007, and Tesco's super tampons must be manufactured in pygmyland, as they have undergone so many downsizings (but not in price) ! Why can't we pay more, perhaps, and be respected as consumers - do they really think women don't notice ? Nobody on the continent would put up with this lack of quality control and lack of respect for the ... Read the complete review

About 2 weeks go I walked back in to the bedroom after my shower to discover that my darling little son (aged 16 months) had found my Tampax in a drawer and taken them all out. Not only had he taken them out though he had sat there with his teeth and pulled the papers off, pulled out the tampons and chewed the cardboard applicators! After a minor ... Sorry men and boys, this is one of my now rare non-alcohol related opinions and to cap it all it's going to be about girly things too! Periods - no woman can surely claim to like, enjoy or look forward to the experience or enjoy paying the ridiculous prices charged for sanitary products to keep you clean, comfortable and protect your ... This week whilst doing my usual weeks shop in Tescos I had the unexpected surprise of finding my usual brand of tampons (tampax) sold out apart from the 'minis'. As these cannot hold a mouse's period, I had to go for Tescos own brand tampons. I didn't mind too much as their other own brand products are usually high in ... Read the complete review

When I buy Tampons I invariably go for the "own brands". As I am normally shopping in Tesoc - then this is the one that I tend to go for. Tesco's own brand are neatly packaged without being garish. They are applicator tampons which is always a bonus and have a nice rounded tip. They work perfectly well and are easy ... Read the complete review
