Advantages: Cheap

Disadvantages: Need to make different sizes for different knickers

I have only just recently started using panty liners. The reason I have started doing so is that I suffer with a condition known as Irritable bladder. I dribble throughout the day however not bad enough to have to use incontinence pads.

The packaging~

Comes in a white polythene bag with the Tesco every day value brand clearly shown. The packet contains 30 liners. Remove a liner from the packet. Remove the backing tape, place firmly on your knickers. These liners are not really suitable for stings or thongs as they won't remain! They are best to use with full or high leg knickers. The liners themselves are of good quality for the small price they cost. They are rather thin in feel and feel like very soft cotton. Do not flush down the toilet think of our environment. Dispose of them in the bin.

Myself using them~

After placing the liner on my knickers I felt clean and comfortable safe in the knowledge that I wouldn't smell of bad odours and my knickers would stay nice and fresh. Knickers are not cheap to keep replacing hence me buying these. I change my liner about four to five times a day. There is no irritation and after a while I forget I am actually wearing it.

Available from Tesco Super markets only costing around 30 pence a packet
