Advantages: many many advantages mainly its more comfertable and you feel cleaner

Disadvantages: difficult at first to get used to

The moon cup hehehe. If ever you first come across one of these you will not be impressed. Who on earth wants a silicone egg cup up them? Well dont let its apperance put you off. Firstly the price. At around 20 quid they are expensive but you only need one and they last for about 20 years. That would save a fortune on tampax and sanitary towels. Bizzarly enough I got mine for camping. Some camping toilets dont always have bins. So trying to dispose of things is not always easy. With your moon cup just empty it and rinse if you can (bottle of water) and put it back. It may seem grusome but a lot less grusome then trying to dispose of the others. Then there is the environmental issue. Im not that environmental to be honest. Its not my first thoughts although maybe it should be. But the thought of used sanitary products pilling up on wasteland is a bit grim for my liking so another reason for it. The main one though is that there is little or no risk of toxic shock (no fibres to remain inside you) and it is a lot more comfertable once you know how to put it in properly.

Summary: its great. Get one
