Initially I purchased the Rotastak yoghurt drops as a means of encouraging our new hamster to be handled as he would receive one as a treat and would therefore be receiving positive reinforcement. From memory I think that the yoghurt drops cost around 79 pence from pets at home. The drops come in a red and silver foil pack with the product name, a picture of the yoghurt drops and a happy looking cartoon rabbit spinning a ball on his finger! We are told that the yoghurt drops are a "yummy treat for all small animals" This product comes in a 50g bag and in my experience a bag really does last a long time as the drops are intended as a ... My Colin the Syrian hamster is really, really spoilt, I do admit lol. I have to be really careful though cos because he gets an upset tummy ever such a lot and poos for England! Although I buy him many treats he doesn't get so many after I stuck him in a gym ball on my carpet and he left a trail of said poop behind him or poos on the wheel with it flying everywhere which drives both me and my flatmate barmy lol. After him having a few accidents I decided to keep his treats a little simpler and so when I spotted these yogurt drops I purchased a packet in my local Tesco store and at a mere 69p a packet I felt I got a little bargain on my hands with ... The packaging is a small foil bag, mostly red in colour. There is some information that tells me that these treats are suitable for all small animals, and then on the back lists these pets: dwarf hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and rats. There is also some information that tells you that you shouldn't feed more than 5 of these to your pet per day. I tend to give Kovo a couple of these per day, but on occasions I do give him an extra one ... Read the complete review

Anyone who has read a few of my reviews will know that I have 3 guinea pigs who I'll admit, are quite spoiled little fellows indeed! It was before Christmas and I was looking around Pets at Home for their presents and I came across these Rotastak treats that they hadn't tried before. Initially I thought that they were for hamsters what with Rotastak being famous for its hamster palaces and such but the packet went on to tell me that these yoghurt drops were suitable for all small pets. Costing only around 79p a packet I decided to give them a go. The drops come in a little red metallic bag and you get 50g of the product. On the back is all the usual ... Read the complete review
