Took out Essential Cover online for a puppy, when i took out the policy nothing came up online saying that you couldnt make a claim within the first 14 days of taking out the policy, even thought they take you money straight away. Puppy broke leg, thinking all is well with direct line (CON Artists) and gets £1500 vet bill and £3,000 opperation bill.
Wont ever use them again, you dont take out car insurance and not covered the first 14 days so why with pet insurance..... absolute robbing barstewards....

Summary: ROBBING COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
