It contains a good deal of treats but bare in mind that they are quite large too so you shouldn't give them to your dog all the time. In opposition to treats as a reward, I'd give these to your dog purely to keep them full and satisfied, as they are not that small. They look like chops, hence the name. They have a white bit on the outside and centre with a purple bit in the middle signifying the meat and ...more

I own a King Charles Cavalier and he absolutely adores these treats. They are of a good size and he finds them very tasty. They have quite a cool look as they look like some kind of steak. Made by Bakers, they are experts in dog products. They come in a plastic packet. You can open it with some scissors, and it is resealable, which is great to keep them fresh. The packet itself is rather attractive. It is mainly red and blue and has a picture of a dog on it like most Bakers products do. There is also a picture of a few of the treats on the front to give you a good idea of what they are. They are coloured red and white. The middle bit is a white triangle with ...  Read the complete review

*What are Bakers Choice Chops?* These chewy treats are part of Bakers Meaty Treats range, they are produced by Purina which also makes other well known pet brands such as Go-Cat, Winalot, Bonio and Felix. *The product itself* As the name may suggest, these treats are made to resemble pork chops- a red coloured treat with a white centre and rim, to look like the meat, bone and fat on a chop. They are around an inch long and quite thick at around 2cm, they have a soft chewy texture and not likely to last any dog very long. They have an awful, overpowering smell to them which lingers on your hands, making them unsuitable to take as a reward on dog ...  Read the complete review

I think these may be fairly new treats from the Bakers company as I only saw them for the first time in Pets At Home. They were on a 3 for 2 deal so I got some packets for my West Highland Terrier, Max. The treats come in a resealable pack to keep them moist even after opening, on the front is the Bakers logo, picture of the treats, product name and the Bakers dog 'mascot'. When I opened to pack the smell was very strong, and me being a vegetarian found it rather unpleasant. However Max certainly disagreed and waited patiently (kind of!) for one of his new treats. I don't think he got much of a taste of it as he seemed to swallow it without chewing, so they ...  Read the complete review

Bakers choice chops are an absolutley fantastic treat for any dog, however big or small, old or young they will love these meaty little treats. I buy these as a treat for my rotty from morrisons for £1.19p, they come in a plastic type bag which has a resealable strip on the top to keep the freshness in and are ideal as a treat as they are low in fat. The first thing you will notice when you open the bag is the very strong meaty smell from these treats, not something i would like to be carrying around in my pocket wholst out on walks, can you imagine it, every dog in the neighbourhood would be following you. They smell absolutley delicious ...  Read the complete review

BAKERS CHOICE CHOPS – Meaty Treats What a treat for my Border Collie, Chloe. A delicious looking, gorgeous smelling juicy pork chop! Nope, it is not left-overs from my Sunday dinner plate, it’s the latest packet of treats my daughter picked up off the shelf in Sainsbury’s for our dog. I know why she picked them, namely due to the sweet little dog which adorns all the Bakers products. He is a spitting image of Pippin from Cbeebies “Come Outside”, so these treats found their way into our pet food cupboard at the nifty little price of £1.19 for a 125g packet. The packet itself is one of those sachet style packets and when you cut off the top ...  Read the complete review
