I have a fussy ten year old Jack Russell who totally adores this food (although he does prefer the one without the vegetables! If I give him the one with the veg bits they are always last to go!) It is easy to feed him without any of the mess that comes alongside the tinned meat and doesn't really smell which if you have had the misfortune of ... Read the complete review

Bakers is a Purina product, offering many different dog foods and chews under its brand. I'm reviewing the giant-sized bags of adult Bakers Complete 'tasty beef and country vegetables'. Luckily, although I'm sure it is fit for human consumption, I haven't quite plumbed the depths of budgeting to eating dog food myself, so the 'guinea ... Read the complete review

From purina, Baker's complete is the only dog food I have ever fed my two dogs on. It seems to enhance their health with their coats always shiny, and more importantlt their weight remaining at a good level. The food itself is made up of 3 or 4 coloured, different shaped 'biscuits' (for want of a better word) and meaty cubes which stink to high ... Read the complete review

Bakers complete dog food is a real favourite with my two dogs. They really love the meaty chunks (you can buy these on their own too) and are always very satisfied with their bowl full at tea time. I have a German shepherd and a cross Alsatian Labrador (both large dogs) that for the last four years seemed to be very fussy when it came to ... Read the complete review

I'm sorry but this food is the worst thing in the world you could feed your dogs, yes they love it! Kids love chocolate, would you feed it to them for every meal day in day out, because they prefer it to fish and vegetables? A little information....... Would you feed your dog a food which contains THIRTEEN E ... Read the complete review

We are currently getting ready to welcome our new puppy home in a week or so. It has been a little over 3 years since we lost our last beloved German Shepherd. He was fed predominantly on Bakers Complete. We had to have him put down at the tender age of 8, due to CDRM which is in effect the canine form of multiple sclerosis. The specialist ... Our puppy has just turned 6 months old, and when we first brought her home from the breeder, we were advised to leave her own Pedigree Chum Puppy Complete, as this is what she had been eating whilst with the rest of the litter. We did this until about 8 weeks ago when we noticed that there were many other brands which promised the same results as ... Read the complete review

I first tried my dog on Bakers Complete around four years ago and it has made my dog extremely happy and give him the ability to have a slightly normal life. Sandy was a resuce dog who was a cruelty case at the local dogs home and i rescued him when he was 6 months old. Not realising he was ill at the time, he was diagnosed with a ... Bakers Complete, I love it, my Dogs love it. The reason I love Bakers Complete is because it has 6 different types of biscuit in it with all with it's own vitamin/mineral etc. The little white bone shapes gives your dog Calcium for healthy teeth and strong bones! The little 'spade' shapes has fibre, which is great ... Read the complete review

My dalmatian was on pedigree complete from it being a puppy, and as many people might know it is quite expensive i wanted another high quality dog food which was slightly cheaper, so i decided to go for Bakers complete. At asda it is £7.98 and at tescos £9.19 for a 6kg bag of the beef and vegetables flavour. My dalmatian ... Read the complete review

Hello there, I have a yellow lab that I feed on Bakers complete. Another dog owner I met told me about Bakers complete being one of the worst brands to feed your dog. Please look at your packet of dog food (on the side in small print) it is illegal to feed this product to any live stock.???? Why??? Because humans eat meat!!!! It is full ... I have a one year old pedigree Red Setter whose father won Crufts last year. He has been fed on Bakers Complete for the last 8 months. He ate it but never seem particularly execited about it. I recently took him to a dog trainer and she said he had poor attention span and lacked interest in treats and so would be hard to train. She asked me ... Read the complete review

To me, dog food is pretty much all the same... All different brands make all different promises about how their food provides your dog with much needed this that and the other, but really they're all pretty similar so far as I'm concerned. In August my black labrador puppy joined the household. The original owners of the litter ... Read the complete review

Baker's Complete comes in consists of a mixture of pretty variously shaped, colourful soft chunks. It is also available in a Puppy version, which has smaller chunks. My dogs seem to think it's acceptable, but soon tire of it. My rats turn their little noses up at it. Bakers have produced a limited edition 10kg tub for £18.99. ... Read the complete review
