Advantages: It's cheap

Disadvantages: It can kill your cat

When my cat was having a flea problem I saw this in Tesco and instantly thought "wow, what a bargain".
I just wish I had left it well alone. The price may only be small but the consequences of this little pippet are dire!

After about 10 mins of putting on Bob Martins Spot on my poor little puss starting loosing his balance and foaming at the mouth! We wasn't sure what on earth to do so took him to the vets.

Once at the vet she took one look at my cat, looked at me with a raised eyebrow and said "Bob Martin I assume?"

According to her this is a real common occurance and there have been several hundred cases of cats being paralysed, foaming at the mouth and dying after using this product.

I now stick with the one the Vet prescribes, it may be more pricey but my little puss is worth it!

Summary: Don't touch it!

We experienced the same problem, looks like a good idea and price but my kitties really didnt like this product, one lost the hair round the back of the neck, it has grown back now but this product was useless!

One of my cats foamed at the mouth from the expensive stuff I got from the vet, Frontline.
