There is really nothing bad that I can say about this cat toy. We have a year old cat, she has rarely been interested in cat toys and up until we got her Da Bird she would rather have played with a bottle top than any proper cat toy! But then a friend put us onto Da Bird and things have never been the same!

This toy is basically a fake bird, especially brilliant for indoor cats who may never get to meet a bird face to face! It consists of a feathery attachment (in various colours), a thick string and two plastic sticks that fit together, so it can all be taken apart and put away if need be! Not only does this toy look like a bird in flight, but when it is still pretty new and the feathers haven't yet been scratched up by your cat it makes a swooshing noise that sends our cat crazy! No matter how exhausted she gets chasing it she cannot resist coming back for more until she has "killed" it (she tends to catch it in her mouth and then walk around with it proudly, with stick and all dragging behind!).

I would advise anyone with a cat to buy this, it's affordable and is a great way for you to play with your cat and see what your cat is really capable of (the higher you swing Da Bird the higher your cat will jump-and trust me they an jump high!). It is also a great way to get your cat to exercise when they might not be as active as they should!

Truly an awesome toy, just can't wait til they start selling them in the UK! You can buy Da Bird on ebay but at the moment only from people in the US.
