Description: Brand: Dreamies / Food Type: Cat Food / A tasty snack for cats.

Newest Review: ... and these were recommended by a shop assistant. When I opened the packet, the treats were a bit smaller than I expected and ... more

... my cat was swallowing as many as she was crunching. They were also quite a bright orangey colour, but my cat seemed to enjoy them. She had approx a dozen treats a day for three or four days, but by the end of this period, her behaviour around the house had become increasingly manic to the point that I was very concerned. Nothing else in her diet or environment had changed and I therefore stopped feeding her these treats. Over the next couple of days her behaviour returned to normal. It could just be a coinc...more

Premium Review Dreamies Cat Treats: Watch your cat go Dreamie for these treats! (338 words)

I am always on the look out for new treats for my two little girls. They are never any bother so totally deserve them. I was looking in the treat aisle of Pets At Home and noticed a new packet there. The design is very eye catching, with the Dreamies logo surrounded in white which makes the brand stand out. The different flavours come in different colour packaging. I picked up a salmon flavour treat packet which came in a very bright blue packaging. (There is also a cheese flavour, chick and beef). The price for this packet of Dreamies was £1.49 but it sounded (after a quick shake) like there was plenty in a packet so I though I would give them ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review My cat is an addict (575 words)

If Polly - that's the little black & white fur ball lying next to me on the couch and occupying far more space than I do - would write this review it would be something like " Give me more, now, I'm addicted, MOORREEE". Well, luckily I'm writing this and Polly can indulge in her biggest hobby and sleep some more. -------------------------- Packing The treats come in a small brightly coloured plastic bag which rustles really nicely when I shake it - Polly magically appears within seconds. The pack is resealable, therefor the treats stay fresh for longer and don't smell at all. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dreamies Cat Treats: Mew says to tell you they're yummy (653 words)

Not long ago I wrote a review about Webbox Cats Delight Sticks in which I said that Mew had one of these treats each night at bedtime together with a few other little treats. One of his current favourites is Dreamies which are made by Mars Petfoods - surely not the same people who make the sweets? No, it can't be, can it? Price A packet weighing 60g costs around £1.50 so it isn't too bad as far as treats are concerned as a packet lasts a while. The Dreamies are only tiny and there are about 200 in a packet. The Packets The Dreamies come in four different flavours which each come in a different coloured packet. Beef ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Dreamies, indeed! (277 words)

Rating:

These treats certainly work a dream if you're wanting to reward your well-behaved kitty. After trying to encourage my cat to stop using the hallway as a litter tray, I bought the chicken flavour of these treats with a vague intent of rewarding him when he actually used his real toilet. His reaction was one I wasn't expecting. As soon as I opened the packet, full of praise and over-joyous at his successful toileting habits, he started meowing like crazy, and his tail puffed out as though he was in a fight. Never before has my cat meowed...he's half persian so it's no easy task. Every time I so much as hold the packet, he comes running ...  Read the complete review
