Advantages: My cats like this food, it smells nice and keeps well for a while

I have got 3 cats and like to feed them the food I know they will like and that is why I buy Felix.

Opening the pouch it has got a definite smell of fresh fish (it is the fish variety my cats prefer out of all of them) and it doesn't smell horrible like most cat foods that are flavoured with fish.

It is very easy to squeeze the food out of the pouch into my cats bowls and their food breaks up very easily with a quick mix with the fork I keep for the cat food.

My cats all like the taste of Felix because the chunks are small so they can eat it easily. The chunks also look just right for them to chew and swallow. I can always tell when my cats are not keen on the foodI give them because they leave it and go and eat my neighbours cats food. With Felix they eat every last little bit and then lick their bowls so that not even the smell remains.

One thing that I think is worth mentioning is because this is a good quality food it doesn't smell so much when they use their litter tray and that is good news as far as I am concerned. It also seems to stay fresh and wet looking in the bowls if they dont eat the food immediately. I used to feed them Sainsburys own cat food but stopped because I thought it started to look off and unappetising in a few minutes and my cats wouldn't eat it then.

I buy my Felix in boxes of 12 pouches in the fish variety for about £3. 15 from Sainsburys. Each pouch is 100g. They are on offer at the moment in Sainsburys at 2 boxes for £5 which is very good value so I am stocking up now.

Summary: This fish flavoured cat food smells really like fish.
