I have only used the frontline products on my kitten, Dexter, as my dog has never needed them. Dexter is now almost 6 months old, and we have been using Frontline for around the last 3. When we first got Dexter, we let him wander allover the house, including our bedroom. He was a lovely kitten, and we even let him sleep on our bed. Then, one day ... Read the complete review

Frontline is probably one of the most effective as well as easy to apply flea treatments. Before buying a flea treatment I did some research and found that sprays were not that easy to apply effectively and aerosols can scare cats as they sound like a cat hissing at them. With tablets you have the problem of getting them to eat them and according ... Read the complete review

I live in an upstairs flat with a concrete balcony, so was absolutely stunned to find my cat had fleas. I rushed straight out and brought flea spray which turned out to be the most useless thing i have ever brought. Its effects on my cat were quite honestly scary. Within a few minutes she was foaming at the mouth and frantically trying to lick ... Read the complete review

When we first started taking our little jack russel pup for walks outdoors, we started to notice him scratching and biting himself constantly. When we examined him further, we found that he had fleas and plenty of 'em! We tried many brands of flea control including shampoos, sprays and powders but nothing seemed to work. I was then told ... I have 2 lovely moggies who both roam outdoors when they please and as they are prolific at catching mice they are also VERY prolific at catching fleas! Neither particularly welcome in my view. A couple of years ago I first got recommended frontline after a failed succession of other treatments for both my flat and the cats and we ... Read the complete review

I have been using frontline spot on for cats for over ten years. I have two cats now both fourteen years old. I originally used a spray flea control treatment but it's very difficult to hold down a clawing cat and I found my cats were scared of the spray treaments and that frontline drops are much easier and friendlier to use on the cats and ... My worst nightmare with our cat is when he gets fleas. The little blighters are so hard to get rid of and I curse myself when I have forgotten to treat the cat. Since he has been a kitten I have bought Frontline from the vets once every three months. This is because you can buy Frontline in a pack of three or six. Since I can never afford six ... When we found that our cat, Mew, had worms we initially tried Bob Martin Dewormer Granules and they were worse than hopeless. I wrote a review about them and asked for help in finding a decent worm treatment. Someone suggested Drontal, which incidentally was brilliant, and they also told me about a web site called www.hyperdrug.co.uk so ... Read the complete review

Hello. My name is Chris. We just moved into a condo for 8 months until we build a home. My problem is that while I was out of town for two weeks, my husband realized we had fleas (dog and cat) so he went to a local grocery store and bought and used and saturated both pets with useless over the counter medicine.
Needless to say, the fleas are still here, the pets are miserable and my child (8) has bites on her legs.
Can I go to the vet and get frontline without taking the pets having their proper weight? Or, are they now in trouble because of the cheap stuff that's on their skin/furr?
Husband tried his best, but I know that cheap junk will not work.
Comments please!

We've used Frontline spot on for a number of years now, prior to that we were using flea powder which wasn't too bad (my two cats loved the whole ruffling procedure to apply it) but left dust in the coat which of course cats will lick and didn't control fleas anywhere near as well as Frontline. I actually Frontlined my 2 lads yesterday ... Read the complete review

I have kept dogs for over 35 years but have only recently found that ticks and fleas have become a problem. I guess it is partially due to England's ever changing climate and the fact that, in the last 15 years or so, all my dogs have been rescued ones. As such they have often been neglected, as well as mistreated, and so have developed various ... Read the complete review

I turned the page on my trashy magazine and MyDogs nudged his nose into my hand, looking for affection. “Whassup then?” I murmured, shifting his heavy furry body over my legs. The sun was streaming through the caravan windows and The Boyfriend was dozing on the seat opposite, his head on his folded arms across the table. The three of us sat in ... Read the complete review

Every cat owner that I know has at one time or another had a problem with fleas. The biggest problem is the stigma that is attached to fleas, you might feel that it is caused by having a dirty home or what will other people say about you. Fleas are living creatures that will do all that they know to survive, feed and to breed. If you ... Read the complete review

Picture the scene. I’m at the keyboard, (where else?) and Spike my cat is sat on a chair by my elbow. I turn to stroke him and spot a black thing scurrying across the bridge of his white nose. Quick as a flash I pounce and manage to grab the black thing between finger and thumb. Spike sits totally unconcerned and has a quick scratch at some ... Read the complete review

Frontline flea spray is the best solution that I have come across. You have to buy it from your vet and therefore it is quite pricey. It costs about £13 for a 100ml bottle. The bottle itself is a pump action spray. Although pricey it does go a long way. The bottle states to contain about 8 treatments for your average moggy and claims to ... Read the complete review
