I've always fed my pets Iams as is recommended by vets and doesn't break the bank. When I got my kitten I asked the owner what food she was on, the answer I got was oh anything doesn't really matter. I was a little apprehensive with this as I wanted my kitten to settle into her new home without too much disruption. However, I decided on Iams and never looked back. When I got her she had very runny, smelly faeces and generally didnt look bright but after being on Iams she has developed extremely well. It has done everything it says it should do and I am very happy with her development. I did try and change her food offer her something else but she wouldnt eat it. As soon as I put the Iams back it front of her it was gone. It is very easy to weigh out and follow the instructions on recommended feeding allowances so I can be sure my kitten is getting everything she needs.
