I've all about healthy feeding and it is amazing how well some low-quality pet food companies market their food as high quality. I have two cats, Ben a big fluffy pouty female, and Jerry a lithe little hyperactive male. Jerry is my oldest and has (fingers crossed) never had any health problems, he is a cross between a Siamese and a mog, I bought him from the local breeder because he loved me as much as I loved him. In my opinion, this cat food has significantly improved the health of my 7 year old tom cat since i changed his food 2 weeks ago. Since we lost our other cat a year ago, our tom cat just hasn't been the same; he's beed really down in the dumps, crying continuosly and losing weight. I decided to change his food from what we have always fed our cats on, which is the cheapest dry cat food with individual meat pouches. I adopted my cat from the RSPCA and it was here that I learnt that the RSPCA had been feeding my kitten Iams. Seems a pretty good idea to continue his feed on Iams, one because I trusted the RSPCA to choose the best cat food for my kitten and also, I heard mixing the different brands in the first year of a cat's life is not great. My cat really does have a preference towards chicken flavoured Iams so I don't know whether it is just him or whether the Iams is actually much better than the rest.
