Advantages: My dogs love it and it's great for them

Disadvantages: Not the cheapest

James Wellbeloved dry foods come in varieties for dogs, cats and ferrets. However, I am going to focus on their dog food as that's what I ise most most of. I do run a pet food company though and have to say that JWB is one of the most widely respected pet foods from what my customers tell me. A sack of 15kg is around £36 and it is expensive but not the most expensive. It is worth it though

James Wellbeloved is hypoallergenic and avoids the 4 main culprits for food allergies in dogs; soya, beef, pork and wheat gluten. This means that feeding this dry complete diet doesn't irritate your dog's digestive system and you can see the results on the outside. My older dogs coat never looks as shiny and soft as it does when she's eating JWB. Nastiness aside, her poop is also a lot more firm and easier to pick up too.

I have 2 samoyed, one of which has a very sensitive tum. When I fetched him home he was on Chudley puppy but I wished to feed both my dogs the same quality diet. JWB suits them both perfectly. Being arctic dogs, I chose the fish flavour. Both dogs find it extremely palatable and it's always gone straight away. The food is available in Puppy, Junior/Performance, Adult/Maintenance and Senior/Light so there really is a variety to suit every dog. I find the triangular shape of the kibble provides a bit more cruch for the dogs to enjoy and it even seems to stop them wolfing the food too fast and making themselves ill.

Recently I have also tried the JWB pouches as an addition to a bowl of kibble as a treat. They were a huge hit and looked just like finely chopped stew of meat, rice, carrots and peas in a fine gravy. These are also hypoallergenic and without additives and it's nice to give my dogs some variety in their diets without introducing components that irritate their sensitive tummies.

Summary: I can't think of any reason to stop feeding my dogs JWB and always recommend it.

Wouldn't feed my Rottie & BMD anything else nowadays, with the exception of Burns! Good review about an excellent food.

I love Chows! In fact all dogs that look like bears! How often do you feed the pouches and have you found they make things sloppy at the other end at all? I haven't yet but only feed twice a week in case.
