Advantages: Is good quality good for sensitive dogs

When I got my Springer spaniel puppy, I decide we would go for dry food as tinned meat used to make my house stink, cause loads of flies, and mess so we started my puppy on dry biscuits only. When he was a young puppy we put a little hot water in for him which he loved.

We started him on bakers complete but it was causing very loose poo's! Yuck so we tried several other brands before decided to take him to the vets. The vet confirmed he has a sensitive stomach and he needed a good quality food. She suggested Hill's or James well beloved we tried Hills but our puppy did not seem to enjoy it as much as he had enjoyed bakers. So we venture onto James well beloved we started with a small sack or dry food rabbit flavoured. He really enjoyed it and the bowl was empty within seconds. A few days later his poos became much firmer and he was toilet train where as before he was having poo accidents at night. James well beloved dry food does smell a little now we are using the large sacks and we have it open in a cupboard but it is much better than the smells our puppy was making on the floor!
we did find James well beloved a bit expensive to begin with but because it is such good quality the dog needs a much smaller portions and the dog food lasts much longer. We have tried loads of flavours and he loves them all. James well beloved is the way to go.
