James Wellbeloved make naturally healthy hypoallergenic foods for cats, dogs and ferrets.

As those who have read my earlier reviews will know, I share my home with 2 Siamese cats. This means that I have tried (well not personally obviously!) many of the various cat foods, both dried and moist on the market today.

One of the firm favourites with the cats is the Wellbeloved range. they love all the flavours (lamb & rice, duck & rice, fish & rice, turkey & rice and also "Pure Indulgents" a fish and parsley treat) and are delighted to be given any one of them.

On average, a 4 kilo cat should be fed around 60g a day but of course this varies according to the size of the cat and whether or not they are also being fed moist food. Generally speaking (though I have known of those who defy this rule!) cats will not overeat and the beauty of dried food is that it can be left all day without spoiling.

Remember to have a plentiful supply of fresh drinking water available at all times.

This range of food is not the cheapest on the market (expect to pay round £35/£45 for 10kg) but you know that you are paying for quality. This food is gentle on the most sensitive of stomachs and is sure to delight. Wellbeloved only use the finest natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives so you can be sure that you are giving your pet something that is tasty and also good for them.

If you are unsure whether your pet will like this food then you can get trial samples from their website and from most good pet shops (and often your local vets too) so that you can try before you buy.
