Advantages: Strong, soft on your dogs gums, flies well and almost indestructable!

Disadvantages: Doesn't float and more expensive than other frisbees.

Unlike all the other Frisbees I've tried, this one has lasted and lasted. It hasn't cracked or splintered at all. My dog, Tess, has sharp teeth and likes to tug on the Flyer sometimes so I was surprised that it didn't tear. I've had the same Kong Flyer for the past two years and it's only just got a small tear in it. I'm buying Tess another one to replace it because I can't imagine any other Frisbee being this good.
It's strong but it's also soft so Tess's gums don't start to bleed after repeated use. Tess is very happy to leap high in the air to catch this so it must be comfortable for her to play with.
They're more expensive than usual Frisbees but it's definitely worth it as it lasts a lot longer.
It flies excellently, I don't have much of a throwing arm and even I can make this one fly! The Kong Flyer is a bit heavier than normal Frisbees so it still flies quite well even if it's a bit windy.
Sand seems to stick to it more than other toys but it's easily cleaned.
My only warning is: it doesn't float so don't throw it too far into the sea or a river unless your dog likes to dive! I learnt this the hard way and had to wade into the sea to fetch it back myself!

Summary: Don't bother buying any other frisbees - get the Kong Flyer!
