First of all I will paint the picture for you. Take one very furry, long haired active light haired persian cat who loves to run around the house as if she is an award winning greyhound and add to a series of dark red and navy blue carpets - the result - utter chaos! We are not talking the normal cat hair, this is fluff that flies around the room and clings to everything in its path - me included.
