My cat, Simba, recently fractured both his hips due to a genetic condition, we were told that he needed either hip replacements or to have both hips removed. I felt enormously sorry for him as he struggled to walk and instead tended to drag himself across the floor. SO I decided to buy him something to cheer him up, a nice treat. Scanning the cat food shelves for something special I came across "gourmet". The picture on the front showed a nice plate of meaty pieces in gravy. As most of you know we have a cat named Mew who adopted us this time last year. We usually feed him with Whiskas Complete dry food together with a few treats but we do also give him wet food occasionally for a bit of variety. Since he doesn't get wet food too often I am happy to buy something a bit special for him. Whilst shopping in Tesco's recently I noticed a box of Purina Gourmet Perle Connoisseur's Collection, which contained 12 pouches for £4.89 and I decided to try them out.
