Between my Mum & my sister there are two cats that I may feed from time to time and I am house sitting for my Mum at present so I was looking for a little treat for her cat yesterday when in Tesco.

I spotted Sheba Prime Cuts of Chicken Breast with the other individual cat food portions and it costs 68p for 80g so I thought that it would probably make a nice treat for Skye but it is not something that I would buy regularly if I had a cat that I was feeding daily.

The pot is a dome shape and it has a peelable foil lid, I pulled back the lid and then I tipped the dome over on to Skye's food plate and she dived straight in tearing at the food before I had even stood back up from her tray! The chicken looked just like real chicken breast and she seemed to thoroughly enjoy it as she actually ate the whole portion in just under 10 minutes without even stopping for a break. I'm assuming that this is a good thing for her as I know from experience that she can be a very fussy cat and will turn her nose up and risk going hungry rather than eat something she's not keen on.

When I next look after Skye I will mention to my Mum that she really enjoyed these and that they seem to be a great treat for her. These are a little pricey to feed her twice a day as she would have her normal food but now and again isn't bad at all and it was something that she really enjoyed (which is quite rare for her!). I would definitely recommend trying your cat or them and I am rating them 5/5.
