When purchasing this item from Zooplus.co.uk don't be fooled as I was that you will get a heat pad. The item for sale is only the cover and although your confirmation e-mail will tell you its a heat pad you have ordered you will only recieve the cover which having paid for this to be delivered you will then be forced to pay for its return. Also a return address is not supplied on the invoice as although the appears to be a UK company it is based in Germany.
