The doors broke of when our dog put here head through the door, as she use to do. It was really cold outside the day it broke. I think the plastic was weake because of that.
I really hope the newer Staywell doors are better!

So, as I said in my review about the clockwork feeder, we had the chance to stay with friends overnight but we had a problem with how we were going to cater for Mew whilst we were away. We have a small 'sun room' on the side of the house and the doors between that and the rest of the house have mortice locks, so when we were out for an hour or two we would leave the back door open for Mew and lock the internal doors. Since we live on a remote part of the Great Orme with no real access to the back of the property this has never posed a problem. We've got two of these in our house but neither lead to the big bad world, one is in our kitchen door and takes my lads to their litter trays and the other is in the next door that takes them to the back porch. There is one more door that does not have a catflap that leads to the back garden. My boys do not wander freely, they go out at certain times of the day and the entire back garden, which is large, is fenced in to create a pen as we live very close to a main road and they have health issues which require special diets and medication so I have to be sure they are not eating elsewhere (both could convince anyone they needed extra food!) and they are ...
