Advantages: Tasty, lots of gravy

Disadvantages: Tin can be hard to open

This is a complete pet food for dogs and comes in a tin with a ring pull on the lid for easy opening. The label is black with a border collie on the front. Each flavour has its own distinct colour band around the label, this one is cerise. It also tells you that it has vitamin & mineral enriched.

So what's in it?
--------------------
The label reads as follows: minimum 4% Game, minimum 4% Chicken, cereals, minimum 4% carrots, minerals, various sugars.

It has 80% moisture, 7% protein, oils & fats 4.5%, ash 2%, fibre 0.5%.

Feeding Guide
---------------------
If you have a small dog and only feeding this food you will need 2 cans a day, for a medium dog 2 - 4 cans, a large dog 4 - 7 cans.

Each can is 400g and costs £0.43 per can. Can also be bought in multi-packs of different sizes.

What's It Like?
--------------------
I use tinned meat along with Nemo's biscuits to encourage him to eat them and give him a different taste. On opening the tin there was a lot of gravy sitting on the top. This was good as it mixes in with the biscuits well.

There were visible bits of carrot in the tin and lots of chunks of meat. I couldn't tell any difference between the types of meat so can only assume that they are perhaps mixed together then cut into nice uniform squares! I hate dog food that smells bad, thankfully this smells OK.

And from Nemo's point of view it must have tasted good, as it didn't spend very long in the bowl. Would probably buy this one again.

Summary: Complete dog food

I've never seen a dog reject food yet - our lab used to eat tomatoes, apples from the tree and anything dropped from a BBQ
