Advantages: Cheap

Disadvantages: Just about everything else

*What are Thomas Cat Treats?*
These are small biscuit treats for cats, made by Thomas, a maker of cat foods and cat litter. The brand has been around for many years..

*The product itself*
I purchased the seafood flavoured treats for my cat, they are small brown fish shaped biscuits which look and feel very hard and crunchy. They smell rather meaty and appertising, although my cat disagreed. They are also available in a chicken flavour.

*Packaging*
These treats come in a rather boring looking red plastic packet with the Thomas logo and a picture of a cartoon cat. There is also a section of clear plastic so you can see the treats inside.

*Price & Availabilty*
These treats are available from most supermarkets although I have never seen them in a pet shop..which is rather strange. They are very cheap at just 35p for a 100g packet, which is around 100 treats.

*What my cat thinks*
I brought these treats for my cat Jet as a way of rewarding him if he came when I called him from the neighbouring gardens or street outside. He wouldn't even taste one, he had one sniff and walked away. I left a couple in his bowl for later but he still didn't eat them, I even mixed some in with tinned cat food but he ate every last bit of food and left these treats! He's had other cat treats before and have loved them so I don't know what it was about these ones that he hated so much he didn't even want to taste them..must be something about the smell! At just 35p I wasn't too bothered and gave them to my next door neighbour for her cat.

*Pro's & Con's*
+ Cheap, thats about it.

- My cat doesn't like them
- Bad packaging, you open it and the whole packet tears open and all the treats fly everywhere!
- Only two flavours available
- Make your hands smell after handling

Summary: A very popular treat with most cats! Although Jet didn't like them..

I remember buying these for a cat I had years ago, Sheena, she loved them. Not sure my fussy little cat would though.
